Michelle Ann gave superior client service when handling the sale of my home.  She was in reach 24/7 and promoted professionalism when showing my home.  She is excellent when answering all the unknowns regarding paperwork. She was diligent with concerns and worked promptly and efficiently to resolve matters.

Michelle is an expert agent. I have recommended and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family. She completely understood what we wanted, in addition, she provided deep insight into things we were not aware, for example, pointing out if an area had no up side potential, teaching us what to avoid as we looked for a home.

In addition, she was able to make the financing happen. Although we were pre-approved by the bank, Michelle could see that the pre-approving agent had made assumptions that would have caused the financing to fail.
